Staff is on ego trip, she didn't want to sell energy drinks to my daughter's friend despite the fact he is 18 and he shown his ID, just because my daughter went inside with him and did not had her ID on her. She wasn't the one buying anything and she doesn't even like energy drinks! Since when is the staff encouraged pretending to be police inspectors and assuming who are the items bought for? It is not worker's place to pry into buyer's company, this is highly unprofessional and lacks common courtesy.

I am a regular shopper at waitrose both in-store and online. My issue with the in-store experience is the toilets. My last visit this Saturday 12.04.25 was spoiled by the state of the men's toilet. It smells terrible, no hand wash soap, the entire floor was slippery and dirty.
Looking at some of the past reviews the state of the toilet is a common theme as far back as a year ago and it is disappointing that the state of the toilets have still not improved.
Can you please sort this out, the in-store experience should carry through from the main store floor to the facilities.

Recently moved to Wilmslow, but this supermarket is overpriced on basic products. I'll only shop here for a few emergencies from now on.
