Really great service from start to finish. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they actually advised me on a much better deal than the one I had found myself. It felt like they genuinely cared about getting me the best option, which made the whole experience so much easier and stress-free. I?ll definitely be coming back and would recommend them to anyone.

Both myself and my wife had been moved to a new contract that was totally unsuitable for our needs with only Zone A European roaming. We went into the shop today and Leon listened to what were our issues and sorted us both out with new contracts that were perfect for us with full European roaming and actually a cheaper contract than we were moved too. Leon was so helpful and understanding that as older people we are not tech savvy. Leon is a star and credit to Vodafone.

Went to cancel a plan and was told be better to phone on the end of contract date. Then the lovely man (Leon )helped me see that I could actually benefit from a faster cheaper broadband plan , really patient and talked me through what would be essentially a more rewarding broadband. Just been to the store with a broken phone. upgraded to s23 Ultra. got home to charge and was not told plug socket had changed. Cannot do anything and again without phone

Took my father in law into this store and was really pleased with how the guy listened to what we wanted and sorted him out first time. Great banter, clearly are used to dealing with the older folk who need sensible guidance. Very reassured that he was given a good deal by staff who know their stuff. Busy store but efficient staff made it well worth the visit. Thanks
