Absolutely useless. I rang a couple of days ago to check that they'd be open today for walk in ear piercing. I was told they would definitely be able to do my granddaughters' ears ,even being advised to arrive about 11 a.m
We arrived at 10.50 only to be told the woman wasn't in. No apology. So rude. 2 upset girls

When I go into this store the staff are always ready to help but there?s one member. A lady with long blonde hair mature who goes above and beyond to help me and inform special offers that they?ve got at the time. She?s really nice as well and it?s nice when she is serving me, even though the staff are all great. But I don?t know her name otherwise I could mention.Yesterday I went into this Superdrug to get my regular hair dye but it was discontinued so I asked a lady about it, sadly she couldn?t get it for me but instead ordered me something very similar and got it sent to my home. She was so helpful and managed to get me a good deal as well. Thanks Tash , I?ll let you know how it looks

Wilmslow Superdrug
I had my eyebrows threaded on Saturday 12th of October by Harnam. She went above and beyond to rectify my eyebrows that had been ruined by another therapist. She has worked nothing short of a miracle. She was incredibly professional.and really took a pride in what she was doing, her attention to detail was meticulous. Although I don't live in Cheshire I will be back at the beginning of December to see Harnam again - 130 mile round trip and worth ever penny. Thank you

Popped in for the first time to get my eyebrows threaded and Harnan did a brilliant job! I was nervous she would overthread but she assured me she wouldn?t and more importantly sorted out my arch (ladies you will know what this means!) and it look more natural now. Thanks Harnan- I will return!

One star goes to to a male member of staff who appears to be in charge. This man is passive aggressive and blatantly offensive.Wile I was looking for a product and considering what to buy, this man did not hide the fact he was watching me, an kept stopping from his work and staring at me as if I was some kind of criminal, never ones did he ask if i needed help. I later return to my girlfriend, and see him eyeing her up as she was bend over, I have experienced his I'll manner on numerous visits ,. You will spot this man easily by the way in which he communicates with his staff , and the odd way in which he acts, I find him creepy and rude.

Got my eyebrows done from Harnam and I was impressed. Amazing atmosphere and I even brought the rosemary oil for my brows recommend by Harnam. Would definitely be coming back again.

The store itself is ok but don?t expect any form of customer service, especially from the ?manager? Jason - he couldn?t run a bath let alone a store! He refused to get my online order because he was ?too busy?.

Ok for a Superdrug store if the staff served instead of talking to each other even when customers are waiting they still carried on.
