Having approached other brokers, I found the process of trying to get Landlord's insurance quotes was a nightmare of complexities But Lindsey Ramsden was truly a Fairy Godmother, with extraordinary knowledge and understanding of my needs. She put a huge amount of time in checking out the market and her advice in the end was based entirely on common sense and client care. Thank you Lindsey. You will truly go to heaven!!

Excellent service and a friendly, helpful team. As a new client, I asked them to review an existing office policy for my business. Lindsey managed to reduce my premium with no loss of cover. She was thorough in her investigations and totally focused on an outcome to benefit the client. Well done! I'm happy!

Cancelled within a day before policy was even taken out because of a technicality. . They took £45 admin fee. Wouldn?t reduce it. Spoke to a guy called Taylor. Very rude. Thieves. Avoid this company.

Purchased a car insurance policy from Stirling this morning and within an hour had a text message off them to say that some of the details needed to be checked on my policy. They queried the date that I purchased my policy and then said they would have to re quote. Which they did but this was almost double what they'd originally quoted. My purchase date was correct but I'd already cancelled as their quote was £209 more than the next on the price comparison site. Staff seemed professional but alas their methods seem suspect. I'd give zero stars if allowed. Would not recommend!

The people I spoke to were very nice to be honest and it not their fault, I found them from a comparison site and bought insurance 6 weeks before my policy started. My current provider ended up offering me a better deal so I cancelled with Sterling a few days after. Which is still weeks before the policy started, and they charged me £75 to do so. I asked before if there was a 14 day cooling off period, they said yes. When I cancelled they said its £75 even in the cooling off period. It's just ridiculous to Charge that much when my policy hadn't even started.

Worst car insurance ever. Cancelled car insurance after 4months one day. And apparently was due £7 refund out of £279. Failed to mention this to me when taking out the insurance. Was assured that when my daughter past her test , I would get a refund for remaining balance. Would not recommend this company. Poor staff.

My dads van insurance was cancelled after 4 months. They wanted certain documents which was fine as we provided them only for them to keep asking for them.They cancelled even though we provided them with the correct documents and now my dad is out of pocket £450 and now has to go get insurance again.. absolute waste of space.DO NOT GO WITH THEM !!!

So, we used a comparison site to insure our commercial van, along with disclosing all faults with our drivers. To find that we then went to them we was accused of lying, as they couldn't see the the faults on there system even though we provided it on the comparison site.Then the agent accused us of lying, and was speaking over me as i explained to him he might have a technical glitch if he cant see them, as i could see clearly in front of me and that i had input them. So i asked him if he would like me to screenshot what i have and forward it to his technical side, to then be told in a smarmy voice "because you tried lying we are declining your insurance and we have to now disclose that information to other insurers"Sorry, but i think we dodged a bullet with them.I am more then happy to disclose all information regarding policies, but if you cant understand that there might be an issue with your input on the system you may be insuring and finding that your insurance may be void, because they cant match up to the comparison site. be very careful..This was via compare the market, forwarding us to Sterling Insurance.
