I recently stopped by my neighborhood Starbucks for a much-needed caffeine boost. The cozy atmosphere was immediately inviting, with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filling the air. I ordered my usual: a grande latte with a splash of vanilla.
As I waited, I noticed the friendly barista who was carefully crafting my drink. She smiled and asked about my day, making me feel instantly at ease. When my latte was ready, she handed it to me with a warm, "Enjoy!"
I took a sip and was instantly transported to a state of pure bliss. The coffee was perfectly balanced, with a rich, creamy flavor. The vanilla added a subtle sweetness that complemented the coffee without overpowering it.
I sat down at a comfortable armchair and enjoyed my latte while catching up on the news. The peaceful ambiance of Starbucks was exactly what I needed to unwind after a long day.
Overall, my experience at Starbucks was fantastic. The friendly service, delicious coffee, and cozy atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and recharge. I'll definitely be back soon!

Been here twice and they?ve managed to get our orders wrong both times. First time they gave my pregnant wife regular when we asked for decaf and the second time they gave me the wrong size and wrong type of milk. Very poor customer service. Worst Starbucks I?ve been to.

I've long been a fan of Starbucks, and some years ago, I used to go to those in Manchester city centre on my lunch break.I'd not been in one since.However, yesterday, on a trip to Wilmslow, Cheshire, I thought I'd nip on for a crafty cappuccino.As I walked in, there were a group of about 5 enjoying a chat, although the language was a bit colourful.The young man who served me (there were only 2 young ladies in front of me being served, so I didn't have to wait long), was the typical couldn't be bothered saying anything.But I received my cappuccino and went to find a seat at the rear, looking across to the shop and the Roxy cinema.Three tables were occupied, and 4 had cups and plates piled up on them.And only 1, which I sat at, was clear.So, thought I, the young barrista is by himself and obviously hasn't had any free time to clear and tidy those 4 tables. A fifth became free as I sat there, with its own mountain of cups, plates and discarded food wrappers.It wasn't til I finished and walked back through to the front, that I realised at least 2 that were sat in the window seating, were staff.The time was around 1.15pm.They were hardly rushed off their collective feet, yet they thought nothing of clearing those tables.Poor service.Management need to have a word with the staff as to their role and priorites.

come her for a little catch up with my friend, we was expecting an average Starbucks visits like standard Starbucks cafes around the country. we was greeting by nothing but rudeness! was nice to hear the barista finish her conversation before she turned to serve me. 2 even stood looking at me wait whilst continuing to chat. Service wasn't shy from being awful, all for an over priced latte! safe to say my friend was in tears at how rude they spoke to him, poor fella will not be returning anytime soon. thanks for nothing Starbucks!

Just been in :) asked for a strawberry matcha green tea drink and a puppaccino. The bloke at the till didn't seem very happy which sorta made me feel a little uncomfortable. Maybe he is ill? No clue. The young lady on coffee was very flustered bless her :( she explained that she'd only been there 4 days. She recommended the strawberry refresha which btw was very nice! (She was unsure how to make the matcha drink) she was very apologetic but I completely understand as I'm a barista myself. Honestly the youg lady on coffee was so nice! I'll be back to visit again :)

Awful service with Ventis been half full to missing straws and other items from Wilmslow startbucks, and im a startbucks lover, but i guess here in the uk, they are not capable of providing the same amazing service that they do in Franschhoek South Africa sadly going to have to find a new place to take my daily orders...
