I came in last Sunday after having my phone stolen, was feeling pretty awful. The person who helped me was amazing, really helpful,went the extra mile to get me all set up with my new phone. He spent almost 2 hours and was so patient. I had a brilliant service at O2 WILMSLOW .. Thank you so much !!

Came in for some technical support and I think his name was Robert was so helpful, patient and polite. Sorted some issues on my phone that I had no idea how to fix. Was very pleased with the service.

I went into the Wilmslow Cheshire branch this morning to report a bereavement. My late son was the account holder.
I was greeted by a young lady called Rawan. I was so moved by the compassion, patience, professionalism and knowledge that Rawan showed me. She made a very painful experience bearable and for that I was truly grateful.
I thanked Rawan on the day but feel management should also thank her and be proud to have such a lovely young lady working for them.

The guy who 'served' me had an attitude and didn't know anything about the product. I strongly suspect this will identify him and I strongly suggest you replace him if you want your customers to buy.
