I've reported the mess there contractors are making on the cawsey link road and they assured me every time we will get the road cleaned.They are lying as they haven'tA 1000yds each way off the site is grey mud.They are only interested in selling homes They most certainly aren't interested in keeping the roads in the community safe for cars and pedestrians.There has just been a crash a few weeks ago a car left the road maybe the wet roads combined with mud all over the surface won't help.The Morris Homes Site is the one at Lostock Hall Preston Lanc's just off the Carwood road cawsey link road.Shame on you not cleaning your mess up.Show some respect to the local community your trying to sell houses to

Can't fault the maintenance team. Came out for the 2 year check for cracks and separation, the two builders did a fantastic job. We had just moved into the property and had touched up where the previous owners had just polyfilled. They did this aswell as doing there own work..excellent customer care.

Utterly shoddy company to deal with. I like my house but there were snags galore that they claimed were in-tolerance (when we eventually got them out to investigate). Lack of any care and attention to detail. Website boasts of all the so-called awards which are questionable. Windows/doors horrendous quality and fitting.Useless customer service - be prepared to wait and wait for any replies. I'm in the process of contacting my local MP to raise publicity.

Overall probably the best builder I have come across. The sales experience was excellent and Anne who sold us a home couldn?t have been more professional and helpful. The brick work is as good as it gets, I later found out the lads on our site had won awards. Snagging and issues were done on site and never had any problems as the foreman was genuinely a descent bloke who always crabbed one of the trades people to sort things out quickly. After the site finished I found Lou at main office very helpful and she never failed to get back and do what she promised. Although a slight negative is the plumbing firm I see mentioned in over reviews needs to focus on better water systems.So overall this builder is as good as you get in this field of business. I?m in business and I know what to look for and what not. If you need to sell or part ex they will do right by you and be fair.

Everything perfect, until you move in. Then they do their best to let you down. I even had to put a claim through the Consumer Code; won it, but they decided to ignore the adjudicator's decision and not return me the case fee. Be careful, they will tell you that you are protected by this scheme, but the scheme plays in their favour. They are still part of this scheme even after ignoring the ruling in my case...

Loads of problems, unhelpful and don't deliver what they promise. Faulty fittings and poor workmanship. Terrible after sales service. They simply act like they don't care. They seem to use contractors with little quality control or follow ups on whether or not things have been completed or finished to correct standard. We get told its all getting fixed, contractors turn up and state that they are told to do the minimum they can get away with.

Been in three years. Had 4 leaks. I wish you could see how their plumber cut 1 1/4 waste pipe. It's actually really funny. My one armed Grandad could do a better job.

Terrible, one to be avoided at all costs. If you have a problem they just give you the run around promising for weeks that something will be done and in the end nothing is fixed.
