Booked an appointment for 7pm over a week ago and paid in advance. When I turned up for my appointment I initially thought they were closed - workmen measuring up and someone doing the cleaning. Kept me waiting for 20 minutes - didn?t see another customer, they were just taking a break. Not bothered about losing a new customer - business must be booming!

Wanted lashes for a wedding, went for a patch test, needed lashes to be done by Thursday of the following week, had two possible appointments both of which I could do, was told they?d call to confirm which as one was pencilled for another customer. Never called, had no appointment & no lashes for the wedding. Total waste of time. Poor flaky service, do not recommend. Use someone who values your business.
