I?m tired of the lunch offerings. The machine is an absolute pain. The food is all pinged now in the microwave. The wraps are awful and so are the sandwiches now. It?s like you?re stuck on a plane with an Easy Jet or Ryan Air option.

Not the place I want to shop as on overall is overpriced compared to other big supermarkets. Only went here as got voucher from my employer to spend.that's said and never will in future!

Everyone knows if you want to spoil yourself or your loved one's you can pick up a multitude of essentials and treats. It's like being a kid in a candy store. We are lucky to have this store on our doorstep.

The food was tasty and fresh. The place was clean and tidy, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. After ordering at the machine, the service to the table was really nice and efficient. Overall, a very good experience.

Unexpectedly found myself in need of some physical and emotional support having raised a concern with the team at M&S Handforth Dean today. My concern was listened to and taken on board with a sincerity towards resolving the issue but more importantly the professional and experience demonstrated by team manager Karen confidently supported by the brilliant and kind Rosie was exceptional. Store manager Laura is to be congratulated on an outstanding and committed team. My sincere thanks to all concerned.

Went into buy some shorts for a holiday in Oct.They had a couple of pairs,not for me I might add.Again dissapointed with the clothes,I thought it was all very twee and old fashioned,bearing in mind Im a pensioner! But I still like to look nice,not that Im over the hill.

I?ve always lived M&S and they have really stepped up with fashions and the foods recently. They cater for a much wider buyer and the range is huge, sometimes too much on offer.
You need to try the chocolate covered custard creams, amazing!
You can?t go wrong in M&S and I would definitely recommend a visit to store rather than just shopping on line. I feel in store is best.

I went to the fitting room to try on some items and when it came to my turn in the queue, the old lady felt the need to count how many items I have rather than believe me? She didn't check anyone else's apart from mine. Im not sure if you would consider this to be either racial profiling or criminal profiling but this is disgusting behaviour from a specific staff member.
I still ended up spending money at this store but after this odd experience at the fitting room I wouldn't want to ever give them any money. Shameful behaviour and made me uncomfortable.
