Visited the said shop today which I do at least twice a week
Once at the till I tried to pay for my items using my debit card, the cashier attempted 5 times but it wasnt accepting the card the cashier then requested the manager the manager came across to the till and requested in a very abrupt manner that I go with him to another till,( you come with me)
The way this manager spoke to me was appalling he abruptly said to me come with me there was no apologie for the inconvenience .
He spoke to me as though this was a problem I had caused.
I did explain that I was going to report him for his rudeness his reaction was go ahead do it. ( go on get out the store)
I do believe that this manager has no idea how to talk to loyal customers. He needs to take a course in customer relations. Very unsatisfied , MR RAJ MUST BE THE NEW MANAGER
