Went in to buy a coffee machine, didnt bother. 4 staff shadowing us as if they thought we were up to no good. A simple ?may I help you with anything? wouldn't have gone a miss

The shop is lovely and the staff very helpful. I am very disappointed in the foam cleaning sticks. I have been buying these for years, but won't buy again. The foam is so inferior it doesn't even survive one cleaning job before it breaks down. Also I bought the air fryer cleaner. Read the instructions not to be used on the element. This is the part that needs cleaning. Everything else is easy with a damp cloth.

Nice clean and bright showroom. Household/laundry goods upstairs. Good selection of household goods. Staff very friendly and there to assist if required. Good parking outside and disabled friendly. Unsure if there was a lift to get upstairs.

I bought two dishes non stick from Lakeland , one has the finish coming off. They are marked Lakeland on the dish. When I took it back to complain I was told unless I had the receipt nothing could be done. It was suggested I may have bought it from a charity shop. As if a charity shop would sell would sell such a thing. Very Disappointed.

Love this place. Has all things cooking. From high end to more reasonably priced. Have many own brand lakeland gadgets in my house and the quality is just as good as the high end high priced items. Definitely worth trying.
