Gary Guinane and his team were so helpful when we turned up at 16:55 with a low pressure warning light. Despite being very busy, they managed to identify the problem, repair a puncture and enable us to continue our journey from Manchester Airport to Scarborough safely on a wet night. As we waited in reception, we were amazed at Gary's patience and kindness to other customers when presented with problems, such as someone arriving at the wrong branch for an MOT and his persistence in ringing round to get them another appointment asap.

Gaz and the team are really knowledgeable and friendly, always seem to be able to help and provide decent honest advice.
This branch of Kwik Fit is my go-to now, for MOTs and tyres.

Google doesn?t seem to allow me to post a new updated review despite 2 years passing since my last review - so adding an update to say once again that this branch of Kwik Fit is second to none; Gaz and his team continue to have a genuine care about their customers, and it shows in how busy they are! 10/10 as always, this is still my go-to tyre shop!

The experience was as i expected from a National brand. The little annoying thing was that my alloys were clean when I left the car , and when I got it back the alloys were dirty. Some kind of dust ?. It would have taken less than a MINUTE to clean....and Kwikfit have lost a star because of that. Disappointing.

Really down to earth guys and transparent work/pricing. Super convenient to book online. Had my tyres changed and tracking adjusted. Kept up to date throughout the whole process as the working was going on.

First class service. Gary the guy that served me was super helpful. The technician explained everything about the health check of the car, and what the options were. I drove in with a puncture repair and was on the road again within 1.5 hours even though they were extremely busy. Would use them again.

Called up and detailed a problem with my electric car. Was told to take it in ASAP and problem was fixed there and then. Super friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend.
