Will not return to this branch of Johnson?s
We took in a pair of trousers for myself and a pair from my husband
When I handed the garments over, I did think it strange that he failed to look at the items, just a quick snatch, details provided and ticket handed over
When I went to collect the items, there was no warning note, no mention of any issues, just handed the items back and walked out.
I went to wear my trousers to find that the original stains which were in when I took them to the dry cleaners were still present ?
So the next day I took them in to ask what had happened, no apology, just took them back and said they?d be ready by Friday
When I returned on Friday, this time a note attached, apparently there was nothing they could do and that was that
So then my husband hopes to put on his ?dry cleaned? trousers and guess what ? still the same stains on said trousers with NO warning note, so in we went again, advised what had happened, just took them off us, available Friday ?
Imagine how infuriating it was when we go back and guess what, a label saying they cannot do anything AGAIN ?
If this was a one off I could understand but this has happened on two separate occasions now
I get stains cannot always be removed but if you had just told us this in the first place it could of saved this nasty taste in our mouth that you have left with your poor poor customer service
You have lost our business now

Received excellent service from Tony at the Wilmslow branch today. My Dinner Suit dry cleaning was completed quickly (same day turnaround!), and knowledgeable advice and friendly service were provided. Thank you, Tony.

Bought in an expensive new jacket that was delivered to me totally creased and had iron marks on it. Too late to send back so took to see what could be done. Antony was amazing and sorted my jacket out . It was beautifully pristine when I picked it up. Big thanks to him will be coming back again!!

Regularly drop off EVRI parcels here and have also had some dry cleaning done. It?s extremely efficient and Anthony is always very friendly!

The Wilmslow branch of Johnson?s is fab. There seems to have been a change of staff and procedures last year which means it?s run very, very efficiently. There only ever seems to be one chap doing everything but as a regular customer of Johnson is everything seems to be infinitely more efficient since the recent changes. The service is very friendly and he goes out of his way to be helpful. I use Johnson?s for alterations, dry cleaning and very regular Evri drop-offs.There?s free shortstay parking at the front of the store, and a large fee-paying car park at the back.Service: General bedding cleaning
