Staff here need training in customer service. Manager needs to do the job she is paid to do. Stuck up, rude and generally horrible staff.

Horrible customer experience. Deserves a 0 stars. Staff were appalling, the place smelt like fish, there was boxes all over the floor and I was being shouted at because I asked if they sold something. Very disappointed would never ever recommend even to someone I didn?t like.

Went in for Honey and protein powder and found good value for money.
The staff were all friendly, helpful and had good product knowledge.
There are also high protein food options like edamame noodles which were really nice as well.

Possibly the rudest customer service I have ever received. One member of staff in particular needs training on how to talk to customers.

***UPDATE*** - Contacted Customer Service as informed to do. Got fobbed off, stating system was down. Yea ok!!!Bit of a con really. Shelf says buy one get one half price, so go to buy 2 to get the offer. However till and service assistant say no. So end up buying one at full price. Good strategy though.

It?s fine. It had some of the things I needed. The staff are pretty stuck up and unhelpful. A lot of chatting to themselves and not helping out; perhaps a little smile on their faces and some customer service training wouldn?t go amiss .

Went into the Wilmslow store to get some ?non-soak prunes? for a recipe. I browsed the section where all the dried fruit were displayed, and unable to find prunes, spoke to the two staff members chatting behind the till. When I explained what I was looking for the older woman (wearing glasses) was very dismissive and said everything was on the shelves. Then told me nobody soaked prunes anyway (I had requested non soak prunes), then moved to the shelves and pointed and said ?there?s a whole shelf of them? . When I looked, the labels said they were plums, which I pointed out, and she said very curtly ?they are the same, didn?t you know that?. I was so taken by surprise at her tone, that I told her to change her attitude, and she had just lost a customer. On the way out she said ?that?s fine by me?. I have looked on line, but their website just seems to deal with complaints about on line orders etc., but really feel management need to know about the attitude of this member of staff.

Went in to find out about my levels of glucosamine for my ongoing hip problems and asked this woman (well I say a woman!!). Rude rude rude nightmare she wasn't interested in me probably needed a cake or something the size of her. Her name was Louise but not sure it might have been a bloke. All I'm saying is she shouldn't be serving in a health shop because she looks like she doesn't look after herself........

Strange passive aggressive attitude from two members of staff that need adjusting promptly. Maybe they they don't like their job,maybe I'll help them with that problem by having a word with management.
