We have visited a few times to the Handforth bakery recently. There is a lady called Deb's! that works there who should be recognised for her amazing customer service, great manner, friendly, polite, well knowledgeable work ethic...she told us about the offer we could get that day, which was a bonus! She seems to go above and beyond. While we were stood in the queue, she was working hard, serving with a smile, keeping the customer happy with a chat while on the go, helping her colleagues, what an all rounder! Well done....this ishow you do customer service.

Greg's you must be proud ?? I came in for a glazed donut and southern fried chicken baguette and had service better than a top hotel I stayed in recently FACT!
