As others have said, it is very hit & miss whether it is open or not, both mornings and afternoons. Regularly closed during displayed opening hours.

03.10.2024 The store was supposed to open at 6.30am,it opened at 6.40am. I asked for a vegan sausage roll and was told they would be five minutes. 10 minutes later and still waiting.

Greggs is the go to cafe for a pick me up! All sorts of pies, cakes and hot drinks are available with lots of cold drinks stored in fridge with an abundance of freshly made sandwiches of various fillings!
Wheelchair accessibility: Greggs is on the ground floor with tables within with enough space for a wheel chair

Some days open in the morning, some days completely closed all day. Card machine is the most temperamental thing in the world. O2 priority as temperamental as the card machine. Staff are usually very nice however there is one lady there that I rarely see that simply does not want to be there. I asked if the O2 priority scanner was working and all I got was ?What do you want?!?, then got made the angriest free bacon butty ever. It?s absolutely bizarre, it?s the least consistent greggs I?ve ever seen in my life.

I usually go here once a week. I am a Muslim woman and requested a vegan sausage roll (as always!) and was given a normal sausage roll, which I didn?t realise until I took a bite. I went back to the shop for the woman who served me to refute the fact I asked for a vegan sausage roll despite being served the exact same thing by her many times. Replaced the sausage roll with a vegan one and gave a half arsed apology as to move me along (not even by the woman who made the mistake). Awful customer service and a good job it was not an allergic reaction they were dealing with! With the correct response from them, this would have been a 3/5 rating, but disgusted with the whole exchange.

Bought a coffee went back to my car lid wasn't on correctly coffee went all over me and my car seats.Went back immediately to complain didnt give a toss .All they said was do you want a refill and free pastry not once did they ask if i was ok .Kids in charge had to ring head office and make a formal complaint see where that gets me

Hot food was cold and staff refused to warm it up ! "we're not allowed". Another customer re-entered the shop and demanded a refund as to quote him "this is freezing, it's inedible" !. NEVER in our lives encountered a Greggs selling cold 'hot' food before !!.

They're always having issues with their card machines at this store. There's always a hugggge queue at lunchtime and when you reach the tills you're then told they're only accepting cash payments. You then have to leave the shop during your lunch break to go to an ATM qnd go back and join the long queue again to buy your lunch. How about put signs on the main door to let customers know your machines aren't working.There's a rude young blonde girl that works here. She needs to learn some manners!
