“130am coming back from a party I called in here to buy cigarettes, as I was stood at the glass widow I noticed a sign Back in 1 minute.I thought this is unusual, looking through the widow I noticed the attendant praying,I knocked on the window he didn't even look up,roughly about 1 minute he came to the widow,I said to him it is freezing and you just ignored me,he started tapping on the notice he had put up,I just could not believe the ignorance and attitude, I thought the customer always comes first,but apparently this is not the case there,praying is more important.”

“I think it is quite a handy little shop this - it is attached to the petrol station and they do sell some stuff which is not Marks and Spencer as well as their own brand. There are a few non petrol parking spaces if you are going to the shop only and there is a cash machine which may be an easier one to get to than other parts of the town. A few people have remarked it is more difficult to get in and out if there is busy traffic, stating the obvious really”

“After receiving a £170 fine from BP (MET parking agent) for parking in a restricted bay, I spoke to Panna at Careline and she investigated my fine and came back a few days later saying that they would remove the penalty. I appreciate this from BP and Panna. Thank you”
