I recently visited the EE store Wilmslow, and I have to say, the experience was impressive from start to finish. The store is well-organized, clean, and stocked with a wide variety of smartphones, accessories, and tech from all the major brands like Apple, Samsung, Oppo, and Honor.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not overly pushy. One of the sales assistants took the time to explain the differences between several models I was considering and helped me choose a phone that fit my budget and needs. They were also transparent about prices and offered clear information on warranty and after-sales support. Highly recommended

Went into the EE store yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The service was excellent. I transferred my BT SIM to EE and the transaction was effortless and easy. I had tried to convert online but both the EE and BT websites were confusing and hard to use. The shop avoided my having to deal with the BT call centre. A great result. Thank you.

Musa is the best tech man on the planet. Extremely patient, especially with oaps!!! Highly recommend his service at the EE shop in Wilmslow.

They didn't have their own pay as you go sim cards in stock...We had to traipse from place to place around the town to find them.However the shop staff member was very helpful advising what we needed and getting them set up for our holiday in the UK once we had found the cards.

I didn't know how to get rid of the amount of unwelcome emails I was getting Saj in the Wilmslow shop explained how. In a very clear and simple way. I'm 76 and struggle sometimes he was so patient that I understood Thanks ?
