“Went to buy a few perfumes today.It happened that the lady sold me a wrong one because the package was very similar with the one I asked for.I only realised when I got home. I went back to the store and asked for the return. She changed the perfume for the right one.The only unfortunate thing is that I had to pay Uber to go there and do the changes so I did spend more than I expected.She was very lovely and patience with me and apologised for the mistake. I will definitely go back there and she is a nice person! ☺️”

“Visited here yesterday (4.8.2023) with my fiancé to pick out our wedding perfume. We found all the staff so lovely and attentive, very friendly and welcoming. They were helpful without being pushy which we found in most other stores that day. It’s sad to see all of the negative reviews about the staff as we had a lovely experience of them.
