Despite being very busy, they managed to identify the problem, repair a puncture and enable us to continue our journey from Manchester Airport to Scarborough safely on a wet night. As we waited in reception, we were amazed at Gary's patience and kindness to other customers when presented with problems, such as someone arriving at the wrong branch for an MOT and his persistence in ringing round to get them another appointment asap.”
