Excellent coffee shop, the trainee batista was excellent. He was quick and polite and very professional. Lovely relaxed vibe to this coffee shop, the music was soothing too!

Really a big fan of cafe Nero, my favorite cafe and I have been going there for a long time, I don?t like to leave a bad review, however in this branch it seems like customers have no choice in terms of customer satisfaction, I ordered 2 mochas and I asked them to change them as they really tasted bad and watery, they did accept to change it however an unfriendly and grumpy staff comes all the way to my table empty handed and frowning , unprofessionally to tell me to get up and get them myself which I don?t mind, although it would have been nicer to bring it over out of respect, but it seemed like she was not happy about the fact a customer simply didn?t like the coffee for valid reasons, or they just don?t have respect for customer they don?t like, not happy at all the way we we been treated at this branch, we might give it another go before escalating this to their manager.

Nero is my favourite cafe and all my friends know I won?t go anywhere else, but it?s very annoying when I?m forced to have a take away cup because they are very busy. I don?t enjoy having coffee in a take away cup and the reason I stay in is to have a proper coffee in a proper cup. I don?t understand how a cafe like that can give you such a poor service and excuses
