I was not briefed that I need to pay for the eye test for 29.9. It was not stated on the website and the staff did not tell me in advance. I would expect getting contact lens would entitle a free eye check and it has always been the experience in other shops

Jyoti was fantastic during my eye test, and Lisa provided me with both style advice and practical lens choice advice. There was no pressure from her, and I walked away certain that I will be going back next time.
