Will be making this my local pharmacy because of the fast service times, friends and professional staff with amazing customer service skills, due the shockingly poor customer service and incompetent by the staff at The Wilmslow Pharmacy, on the same site of formerly Lloyds Pharmacy at Summerfields village centre.

In December my daughter went to pick up my prescription for me, but she was told they would have to order it so my daughter asked for the prescription back so she could go to a different pharmacy when she informed them I had a chest infection & needed the antibiotics & steroids that day they suddenly had stock, they don't like you to try & pick it up before they send a text message to say it's prepared even though it's only in a drawer. On Friday I went to pick 3 prescribed items they said they only had 2 and they had to order the other one, I said I would take what was ready & come back on Monday. I waited ten minutes & was told they could not find them, eventually, she opened a drawer behind her & there was my bag & not much else in that drawer. Today Monday my husband went after work to get the ordered item, it was 4:55 when he went in there were 3 people behind the counter but they would not give it to him saying the pharmacy was now closed, even tho I had got the text & it was ready for pick up all she had to do was open the bloody draw & give it to him. I will be changing my pharmacy to Pharmacy2U from now on.The pharmacy people in Wilmslow are hopeless.

Excellent service and very professional staff in wilmslow branch. I had a fantastic service by lovely lady Pietra to find a right teeth whitening products and she was very very helpful. Thanks for all your help.

They offer big discounts for their loyalty card holders but their antiquated and buggy website won?t let you sign up. When you try to get help from the staff they are unhelpful. No wonder the chain is going down the drain. The shelves are half empty as well and the store doesn?t seem to be well stocked. Fortunately there is Holland and Barrett on the opposite side of street.

On Saturday the pharmacy closes at 4pm. I didn't know that, so when I arrived AT 4:15PM to collect my prescription the staff couldn't serve me. Completely wasted journey. Not impressed. How could I have known this in advance?

Went to buy a few perfumes today.It happened that the lady sold me a wrong one because the package was very similar with the one I asked for.I only realised when I got home. I went back to the store and asked for the return. She changed the perfume for the right one.The only unfortunate thing is that I had to pay Uber to go there and do the changes so I did spend more than I expected.She was very lovely and patience with me and apologised for the mistake. I will definitely go back there and she is a nice person! ??

I went to their pharmacy during their opening times for a prescription and after having taken my prescription ticket and checked it they informed me that the pharmacist would need to take a break and I would need to wait at least 40'.I politely asked if she could do it before her break but she was quite abrupt and she refused saying that she needed her break.When I said that I would go somewhere else they were quite dismissive and almost pointed me out with the leaflet.I find it misleading to have a certain opening time but then they have random cigarettes breaks of 40'I will not buy from there again.
