Nice hotel, a little old fashioned, but with decent attentive staff, and close to airport.Food and drink at airport hotel prices, so no surprises. Will use again combined with meet and greet.

Dont forget anything in the room by mistake as you will never be able to reach out to them, no response to phone calls no response to emails. Very unpleasant service.

Had a lovely night there. Good food. Bedroom and bathroom clean and bed comfy.Rooms: Clean and appeared freshly painted. Could do with fewer cushions on the bed and could only put them on the floor next to the bed.Food & drinks: Food very good. A bit awkward getting to the self service tables as tables were very close together in the function room. Carrying hot food over the heads of seated people isnt very safe.

Myself & my adult son booked for Christmas Day Lunch Absolutely Amazing 10/10 food plentiful delicious piping hot. Staff 10/10 so lovely very smart happy faces. Environment 10/10 stunning clean outstanding. Cannot believe we?ve lived in Heald green 40 years and never tried here. ? per cent recommend this place we will definitely go back. It?s a Hidden Gem thank you ?Food & drinks: Food was outstanding honestly highly recommended
