Beware of this company who make it almost impossible to cancel their subscriptions once you have signed up. I have been on this drug for 3. months and have seen ZERO weight loss and they now 'regrettably' announce that the subscription will increase by 130%. I will report to the GMC and will be demanding an immediate response to the company for my several emails instructing cancellation of my subscription.

Absolute nightmare, do not use if you are not from UK, nowhere do they mention this in the process, it says no GP or pharmacist contact even, but after they have your money then the drama starts, requiring additional identification, then not even doing anything until you ring multiple times, get messed around, hung up on, then they say you need a local GP, all a front to steal your money, wasted a whole day and more to never get it back, now destroyed my whole weekend, nasty place to fo business with....

Assured pharmacy gave my daughter mounjaro without video call ... which i phone to see how u get it they told me they video call u to see u be4 they give u it they didn't they phone her up asked some pictures she sent pictures off her belly and that was good enough 4 them 170 later she gets it her bmi is 32 with normal doctor your bmi has to be 36 to get it but there saying 26... to 27... so wrong these don't care about person just money shouldn't be allowed

this company is outstanding service. they have helped me with my weight loss journey, there very professional . Always sending e mails to check in, and ask how the journey is going. never been late with the prescription . I would recommend 100%

Blocked me from my online account took my payment call to recieve no answer and then when I get an answer they don?t have any answer and book a call back in which you get one belled no customer service whatsoever

I have been with Assured Pharmacy for 3 months with Mounjaro. The first pen was sent on time, the second pen was delayed for 3 days. The last and final pen was sent and never arrived (returned to sender) so I called to cancel my plan with them. It is a mess, complete mess, not possible to contact them on the weekends and holidays and not only that. They use DPD (they dont deliver on weekends or Holidays) so obviously my pen was stored in a non cold p[lace probably and now is wasted. I just want my money back and never hear from this people again.

£155.90 taken for 5mg mounjaro pen on 16th April, as of Wednesday 23rd still not received my pen. My jab day was Saturday 19th April. I have sent 3 emails and left three telephone messages and all have been ignored. I'm now unable to access my Assured pharmacy account because it's now blocked. I've been scammed.
