Taken money out of my account after spoken to staff it's terrible how dare they I rang them and spoke to a lady that told me my account details was scrapped I'm fumming I'm in low income sort this out if read it I'm totally hoping mad ?

Do not deal with these cowboys. If you try to cancel your order ,they will take the money anyway. They are impossible to contact and won't reply to emails
