I was told my WiFi voucher code would allow me to connect 2 devices but it only allows 1. Without that you only get 30 minutes of WiFi a day.
No power sockets next to the bed so you need to charge your phone etc across the room.
There is carpet missing in the hallways and the decor is pretty run down inside and outside. But I guess I didn't book a Travelodge for quality, just budget.
My room looks out over a busy roundabout which is loud day and night. The windows don't block out the noise.

I've been staying at Travelodge for many years as come over 4 times a year to see my kids and grandkids and have always received excellent service from jan the supervisor,jane and shakia ? until now. I work in customer service myself, so I understand the importance of professionalism, respect, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, my recent experience with the new manager Magda was absolutely shocking.
They were dismissive, unhelpful, and lacked even the most basic customer service skills. It felt like they had no interest in making guests feel welcome. This is a real disappointment, especially when I?ve had such consistently great experiences here in the past.
I sincerely hope this is addressed because it?s sad to see such a sharp decline in standards. Long-term, loyal guests deserve better.

Friendly service. Jane greeted us very warmly indeed. Two quibbles. Should put rubbish bins in room and hand held shower heads would be better.

lovely travelodge ladies on the desk were so nice got me a ground floir as im disabled they were very helpful .stayed in family room.the room was big and very clean couldnt fault it also very quiet to will stay again thankyou 5 *****

Stayed for 1 night, as I had an early flight from Liverpool the next day
Good location for the Airport & was good value

Me, my brother, my daughter and niece stayed here for a night for our trip to comic con in liverpool. Good location, right next to a couple of retails parks, a very big tesco, bowling alley, ice rink and a couple pubs. The lady your greated us and checked us in, was friendly and offered to tell us what was around. The room was very average. The pillows are thin and flat, i prefer a higher one. When you folded them over to try do this it made the pillow hard and uncomfortable. I had one of the single beds as we had a family room. The matress was hard and the bed was a little short. I woke up a few times in the night and my back ached. Curtains didnt keep the light out, so it was daylight from very early in room. Tv, desk, coffee facilites and hanging space was ok. The bath came with a grip matt in it. There was clearly some sort of leak by the bathroom door as the carpet was wet and the wood looked water damaged. On writing the review, I realise i have forgotten to tell the staff this. For 50 odd quid it is an ok price and gave what you expect from a travel lodge. There is parking on site for I would say maybe 50 cars.

i?m pretty creeped out by the amount of hairs in my bed and on the bed that are not mine when I arrived.
The towels all had stains and smelt which just makes me think they didn?t change anything in the room for a new guest at all.
Just made it look nice.
Mould on bathroom ceiling.
Staff a nice. Rooms are lowkey gross.

Lots of black curly hairs in the bathroom, hair and body wash was the consistency of water (same yellow liquid as the hand soap, smelt like disinfectant) and doors are not soundproof so lots of corridor noise. Lady on front desk was really lovely though.
