Popped into the Widnes store today to look at some tiles for my bathroom and advice about different grouts.A pleasant gentleman called Sam assisted me and showed me what each grout would look like with my chosen tiles. I rarely do Google reviews but the service was something so exceptional I thought it deserved a mention.

I use topps tiles at widnes on a daily basis, the staff are amazing, nothing is too much hard work for them, they give more than a 100% help to us traders, I will always send my customers there with out a doubt.

I have to say that the guys at the Widnes branch were outstanding. They were helpful, knew their stuff and really friendly. We had to send tiles back to them and they went above and beyond contacting other stores to reserve other tiles we needed, helped us with the refund and all with a smile on their faces! Perfect customer service. Thank you

We purchased wall and floor tiles for both our bathrooms from Topps Tiles Widnes and I can honestly say their service was excellent, they were so helpful and very friendly. Delivery was spot on, we did not need the tiles straight away as we were awaiting a firm start date but the staff called regularly and once we could take delivery they organised everything for us. I needed to return some boxed unused tiles today and once again the staff were helpful, polite and could not have done more for me. I would have no hesitation in using them again in the future or in recommending them to others.

Worst tile place to shop I use atlas bathrooms it is 5 mins up the road from topps widnes and adhesive and grouts are a lot cheaper and tiles are better priced and they have more stock. David who works there is a very snotty member of staff and the girl who works there is very rude and abrupt I was in 2-3 days ago and wanted over 3 grands worth of gear for a customer and I advised David and he just went of chatting in the back warehouse with the girl and stayed there for 30mins so we left the store and went to atlas and spent or money there

Good. Helpful staff, great displays and quality range. We were able to buy some single tiles to see how they will look before buying bulk.

Found Topps Tiles Widnes extremely helpful, especially when choosing the right tiles, even after needing more of the same tiles weeks later they went out of their way to find me the same batch number, highly recommended
