Customer service is really not good enough, currently been waiting 4 weeks for resolution on missing item when package was delivered, still not sorted with very little communication from customer service team. Only even give me information if I call them. Shocking, please send me what I am owed.

My 85 year old disabled mum has received a parking fine. All appeals have been rejected. Green Oaks have not been helpful at all. Due to Ill health the driver was not aware that the ‘rules’ had changed since their last visit. Will not be visiting again as this has really unnerved the driver. Disgraceful.
