Took a very badly bent frame to this shop that had been damaged by me falling asleep with my glasses on. If the Bookmakers had offered me odds of 25 billion to 1 that they could have been fixed i would not have bothered putting a bet on. Yet a lovely young lady called Katlyn somehow managed to pull a miracle off and now my glasses are perfect, wow this lady is so awesome. This is why i will never ever go anywhere else for glasses except Specsavers.

Usually there?s a lady that?s great with my non verbal autistic son and will even take him outside to measure his new glasses, but today when a different women measured him and was telling him to look up when I explained he doesn?t understand then more of the staff came over and stressed him out when he screamed the optician measuring him pulled a face at him and walked off stating he?ll just have to have his last measurement, need serious training in dealing with children and children with Sen needs as crowding him and the way she acted was unacceptable after I stated he doesn?t understand and has autism, spending an extra couple minutes with him is all that?s needed, but the lady that wasn?t in today is great with him normally

Emergency appointment needed today and the team at Specsavers Widnes fit me in. I was so distressed unable to get a foreign object out of my eye. I had irrigated it for 45 minutes, tried to reach the foreign object with cotton buds but it was stuck to the underside of my eyelid. I have dry eyes anyway and it was just exacerbated. The team did all the tests then flipped my eyelid inside out and swab removed the foreign object. They really are my heros. I was so distressed but I left really at ease with some drops.
Thank you all at Spec Savers Widnes today. My heroes
