I specifically had something posted here as it was the only post office drop off point listed on the Royal Mail site and on maps as open till 10. I arrived at 5:40 to be told that it is only open 9-5 but if I came back another day the other staff member \\\"should be in\\\". Ridiculous.

Online hours do not match with the actual opening hours it seems. Leading to waisted journeys. This is my 4th attempt to send something with this post office and it?s always been closed.

THE SPAR MAY BE OPEN TIL 10PM BUT THE POST OFFICE SIDE IS 9-5 .. THIS SITE IS FOR THE POST OFFICE NOT THE SHOP SO SHOULDNT LIE ABOUT HOURSWE MADE A LONG DRIVE TO TAX A CAR NEEDING VARIOUS FORMS. ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY WOULDNT ACCESS THE POST OFFICE AT 5.20PM.

Always found the staff behind the counter really helpful and polite , one thing I do think is poor is the post office counter service in the spa it?s self to serve people when the main one is closed , I have found spa staff reluctant to offer this facility and on two separate acasions staff one being a male who is never very helpful and an older lady who have said it?s off line or there locked out , and yet on returning to shop wen staff have changed over found it workin perfectl well this hapoind again recently and yes it was the two same staff members again I think this is something to chase up as o do belive they can?t e botherd once I was told it wasn?t in just as the manager Becky walked in who had akwsys been vey very helpful and pleasant and is a credit to shop , suddenly the older lady went oh yep it?s on will do it now think this needs looking as this system wAs put in place to help people of all ages to do a variety of diferant and sometimes essential things at times in need I work long hours and can?t always get to the bank so this system is such a help but as I have said friends wich staff are serveing in the shop if it?s Becky deb or Lynda never a problem always happy to help , anybody else forget it they lie , I had an important transaction to make and was told by quite a new member of staff it was off we. I asked why he said it?s been off all day then said he had been locked out what he didn?t realise is my doughter had been in ten mins befire used that faculty and had to endure him banging about and makeing her feel that chesty he wasn?t impressed she was useing that faculty Shame on him poor disrespectful service by clearly a lazy employee

Tuesday morning and closed. Happens all too often that the stated opening times in store and online are completely inaccurate causing wasted journeys and annoyed people who have ordered something that I've been unable to post.

Moved to area over 6 years ago . Have never had any complaints with any of their staff . They have been so helpful whenever I go in

Visited today for the first time ever in my life to drop off a parcel. Woman behind counter at around 11.30 am was so rude and bad mannered because I happened to walk in whilst one other person was at the counter and because of present covid conditions, began shouting at me to get out and stand outside on the red circle... I actually didn't even speak I was so stunned.. there was no excuse me or please or do you mind, nothing, she just went straight into rant mode. I will never go in there again... Vile woman who has no customer services skills whatsoever.

17th Sept 2020. Served by a very ignorant staff member at the Post Office counter who thankfully has not worked in there for too long. Having left the security door unlocked and the counter unattended, she returned to serve 2 other customers in line before myself and proceeded to turn the lights off though she could quite clearly see me in the queue. With a very nasty look on her face then proceded with some tirade about the order in which I continued my business at the counter even though I was literally at the counter for about 1 minute being served. Staff like her are a disgrace and should not be allowed near the public. I hope the manager reviews her antics on the security cameras. I don't believe the Post Office would be too pleased at their money left insecure and unattended.

This Post Office is set at the back of the Spar Store, staff very friendly in both the post office and store.
