After being palmed off for needing to apply for my SIA license by many other post offices in the area, I went to see Brian at The Ball Post office..he saved me from a mental breakdown and I can't thank him enough. His calm demeanour and understanding to my situation was so very welcomed after the morning I had had :) Thank you Brian, you were a god send today!

Throughout covid this post office was open. Social distancing and masks. The post office staff themselves were under pressure but they were great. The woman in the shop side however! Pointing and telling people where to stand. No need whatsoever. Not seen her in there lately. Thank goodness. People were under pressure themselves don't need a jobsworth bossing them around.\\nBest post office in the town. Lovely selection of greetings cards , gift bags etc..\\nNothings too much trouble for the post master and wife. Lovely couple.\\nClean. Safe and well run.

Was in there when I heard the post master telling a customer you have to buy an international driving licence/card now to be able to drive in Spain. I pointed out that that's not true that may only come into force after a no deal Brexit he then went on to say someone had been fined â?¬500 in Alicante for not having one and then said there only a fiver anyway. The staff at this post office are the most helpful and friendly staff I have came across, any issues i go in with (I go in with allot!) are resolved very quickly and efficiently! I couldn't be happier with the service!
