Excellent service from the staff in this store.A problem with my phone which needed locking and I was blown away by their knowledge and patience. Nothing was too much trouble. I am 77 and I thank them for their service and smiles.

Terrible service, I am paying for an i-pad that I haven't even got yet. I was told last week to come and pick it up, when I went into the shop I was told I couldn't have it(although it was on the table) as it was down for home delivery. I then said I would go elsewhere, I was then threatened by a member of staff saying I would have to buy myself out of the contract(on a device I hadn't received yet. I have just spoke to another member of staff and requested the shop manager to ring me to discuss, I was told that I would have to come into the shop to speak to him. I asked when he would be in so I could come in. Only to be told they couldn't divulge staff shift. He then proceeded to put the phone down on me.

Best phone shop in the centre , great customer service rather than pushy commission sales people from other competitors
Lots of deals available and the virgin media broadband is very exciting making prices low but you receive the highest quality product

I was really disappointed that, despite being an O2 customer, the handsets on sale were only available to purchase with a contract added to the price. I rejected the offer made to me and found the same phone on sale locally with £100 off the price, and no added contract. The assistant I dealt with seemed poorly informed about the product I was interested in, and so I couldn't be confident that the information she gave me was reliable. I suggest customers do a little homework and find better deals elsewhere.

Staff friendly and helpful when we visited to replace my daughter's phone. Advised on the deals available and started the transfer of data from the old phone to the new. Did not have to wait long to be seen nor felt pressured or rushed.
