Worst pharmacy in widnes . Everytime I go for my mental health meds they are never in stock and have to be ordered . You try to call and just get sent to a full mail box , should be shut down or new owners . There init for the profits at that pharmacy , not the need for helping people

Ended up swapping chemists after second item had apparently been discontinued which doctor had prescribed for me yet chemist wouldn?t offer an alternative nor would they give me my prescription as they said I had received an item on it, yet the item specified was on a separate prescription ordered the week before so I had to go back to the doctors yet again and have them rewrite a new prescription. There was 2-3 items on the prescription they wouldn?t hand back but was a totally different story when the receptionist from the doctors rang them up. Also none of the items in the shop is priced up and according to UK Law ?states that retailers must clearly display the product's price alongside the metric weights and measures for unit pricing. This price should include VAT?..

Used Nicholsons for the first time this week as my other pharmacy kept forgetting to order my prescription. Really good service and the pharmacist went above and beyond to make sure I got my medicine that day and set up a programme to make sure I get prescriptions and medicine on time going forward. Thanks guys

Excellent Pharmacy. They make my mum and dad blister packs with all their medicines, which there are a lot of and deliver them weekly which their old pharmacy wouldn't do. They looked after them during covid when they were shielding and nothing was ever too much for them. Can't thank them enough. The only pharmacy for my family. Thanks so much guys!

What a joke. Ive been waiting for over a week for a tin of Similac Alimentum powder (which my 8 month old daughter needs as shes allergic to cows milk and itswhat they OWE me as they never had enough tins at the time.) I rang today, only to get told they still havent got it and that its been discontinued. My reply was to ask what I would do as im onto my last tin, which only lasts roughly 3 days. The reply on the telephone was to get in touch with my GP and order a new prescription and also ring other pharamacies to see if they had it. There customer service before this incident was always fine, however I feel they could have helped alot more in this situation, I just hope I dont run out of Milk but I know who thank if I do.

I used to be with Lloyd's and my medication would never be ready, I would have to wait hours for it so I moved to Nicholsons. I have never had an issue I am on loads of repeat medication and it's always in stock, they have delivered during lockdown and always do so professionally and with courtesy. Thank you
