Had a ring stuck on my finger, came in to have it cut off, brilliant service and can even get the ring fixed/altered to fit. Lovely ladies in the shop, helpful and friendly.

Not sure if staff where having a bad day?? I've never not been greeted before especially when the shop was empty , felt like I wasn't welcome and they couldn't wait to get me out the door,, shame really the amount of money I've spent in there over the years

I had found some earrings I really liked in a John Lewis much nearer to me but their customer service put me off spending money with them, so after researching them online I found them being sold by this jewellers, I called to check stock & they were really helpful, so I ordered them from here instead & they arrived quickly! (Postage was a little pricey but the total cost was still cheaper than John Lewis).

As a family we use this jewellers regularly - but very disappointed recently when my granddaughter tried to change a nomination charm which she received for Xmas as it was rose gold and didn?t match either of her 2 nomination bracelets! Even with their receipt she was refused an exchange as it was bought in October!! Very disappointing! Perhaps a trip into Liverpool for future purchases!!

Sorted out my watch ,had an expensive quote from Internet ,so went to several jewellery shops in widnes town centre ,and Neil and Barker were the only place that would take the job on ,it had to be sent away ,battery and reseal and a new strap ,was ready well within the time scale quoted, and communication with the staff was very good ,staff ,Staff very polite and chatty ,and I saved over £100 ,thank you

Very disappointed with the customer service. I took my ring into the Widnes branch to have the emerald re set. This was 3 weeks before Xmas 2022. Three weeks they told me.At the beginning of Feb 23 I called to ask what was going on as I hadn't heard anything. I was told they would chase it up.Beginning of March 23 I had to call again. They chased it up again and it took another week to receive ring back.After one day I noticed a claw was sharp. Looking closer, one of them was open. I took the ring back. Very cross but I was promised it would be fixed in a week. 5 weeks later it was returned and only after I chased it up twice. Never go here for a repair.

I've been here to get an ear piercing before and the girls who done it (Katherine and Amy) were absolutely lovely and made sure I was comfortable and ready for the piercing and made it a overall an positive experience. I've also been here to buy a necklace and again the staff who served me were really friendly and absolutely lovely.I would definitely recommend to anyone :)

Hi can I say what professional service I got from the Widnes branch. A young lady called Laura. She put a battery in my watch. However, one of the tiny screws was rounded off. She tried and tried, then got it out. Then went out of her way through thousands of small screws, to find one that fitted. To make sure my watch back was finished properly. Thankyou so much to Laura, from a happy customer. Well done.
