Had a ring stuck on my finger, came in to have it cut off, brilliant service and can even get the ring fixed/altered to fit. Lovely ladies in the shop, helpful and friendly.

Not sure if staff where having a bad day?? I've never not been greeted before especially when the shop was empty , felt like I wasn't welcome and they couldn't wait to get me out the door,, shame really the amount of money I've spent in there over the years

I had found some earrings I really liked in a John Lewis much nearer to me but their customer service put me off spending money with them, so after researching them online I found them being sold by this jewellers, I called to check stock & they were really helpful, so I ordered them from here instead & they arrived quickly!...
