Shocking staff in here! They called my number slammed my order on the counter and walked off before I got anywhere near it, then I had to wait at least 5 minutes while I was been ignored as I waited to ask for sugar for my half cup of latte that had spilled when my order was slammed on the counter

Ordered food for three. My chicken selects must've been cooked a week ago and were cold. No sauces or straws even though we asked for them. Also ordered the chicken salad, asked for no tomato. We have a neurodiverse family member who not only hates tomatoes, but if they've touched anything, can't eat that either. So the label clearly says "no tomato" and there's tomato in it. Asked for new one for reasons stated, rather than just remove it and give it back to me. They did give some extra chicken tbf, but very poor all round.

Possibly one of the slowest McDonalds around. Not sure why as there is no drive-thru. Waited nearly 30 mins for my order, which came cold. It looked like they just threw all the ingredients together, no care at all. The buns for the McMuffin had chunks missing.
If you want to visit a slapstick and slow McDonalds, then this is the one for you.

Ordered an apple pie including some other items. Nearly I waited 20 minutes to get my food because of apple pie. Very slow service. Even not a crowded time.

Absolutely the worst mcdonalds I've ever been in
Service was slow, food was poor, presentation if the food was disgraceful,
I took my food back to get worse in ots place !!
Look after your customers in the shop and and get some customer service skills, the whole shop needs a lot of investing from food prep to training!

Mess of a place, looks like they don?t have enough staff to manage the kitchen and the floor. Kids after school rammed the place and made it look like a tornado took place. No where to sit as all tables covered in mess, waited like 10mins for a simple burger and a drink

Mc Donald's asda Widnes. Worst, McDonald's ever extremely dirty very rude staff that don't even apologise for mistakes as for the food when we finally got it had to ask them to actually put milkshake in the cup, it had a tiny amount at the bottom there were hardly any fries in a medium size and a white coffee that actually made me want to vomit it was disgusting.
