Told I could do a cash withdrawal at the til if I bought an Item. Proceeded to enter card, they forgot the cash and I bought a chocolate bar for no reason - and no cash that I wanted.

Cannot use Morrisons More card, prices are at least 40p than the Widnes main store, eg Main store for bananas 79p, their price £1.39- can't get a meal deal or use any gift cards. Appreciate it's a franchise but the amount extra your paying is terrible, better going to the Jacks/Tesco shop @ 5yards away next to Cam Lee, bigger range at better prices. Albeit the staff are lovely, it was much better organised as the McColls it previously was.

Shocking customer service, member of staff answered her phone mid transaction and started arguing with caller, then proceeded to mess up my transaction then blamed me , never shop here again.

Whoever was working was vaping outside while I stood at the counter, then proceeded to mop the shop while I still stood at the counter! I walked out and drove to another shop, poor service and very rude staff member
