Terrible experience that cost me an extra £144! Took my car for a service and MOT and my car was returned with warning lights that weren't there before. They admitted to leaving my car door open and draining the battery. They could not fix the warning lights so long story short after fighting with them for two months and being ignored I had to take my car to Renault and paid £144 for a diagnosis. Renault stated that as the battery had been drained it caused a connection issue with the engine management system. I took the bill to Lunts Heath who refused to pay it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS GARAGE!!!!

Went there with no problems just wanted to change front disc and pads for next mot, came out of it not being able to drive over 20mph all way home.car shuddering stopping slowing down on own .called garage he said needs to be broken in. Drove over hundred miles now can only don 40 mph in 5th gear it acutely goes slower and slower, cannot drive on quicker roads . Was quoted £25 each wheel as I had the parts alreadywas told to come down met the guy at the garage said will do tonight overtime he asked for 45£ cash that night for a disc. Nut . I paid . On collections I went into office and they knew nothing of it incalled him he promptly came out and went to car with keys told me he had to order wheel bearings £15 and he did the back shoe I pointed out I had just got them done then he?s said something else. On inaction it appears no knew nuts attatched I cannot see the bearings , so do not know, on complaing manager immediately contacted him and in minutes sent messages and calls to even though I told manager I was scared of him i repeated this to manager Wayne and he told him again and he contacted me again no abuse or anything , so far Wayne looks like he washed his hands of it. Will take car to other garage to inspect his work to see if it safe for me to drive, the point is if I go a garage and I expect safe quality work .with accountability. It looks like this rouge worker has the blessing of the company in taking cash payments without receipts thank you Wayne you did not try to resolve or attempt to speak to me so I had to do this

Bloody ell, just phoned to book an mot and some guy answered with..'hello' had to ask if it was the garage and he said 'what..hello' I asked again if it was the garage and his lackluster response was just 'yeh' ...not very professional and not very inviting for me to want to book with them :(

Appalling service. Kept my car for days after a warning light came on. Ran diagnostics which showed I needed a new brake sensor. Turns out that wasn?t the problem and it ?is probably the wiring?.After me having to ring them I was told to come and pick it up because ?we can?t fix it?Fancy taking your car to qualified mechanics and expecting them to fix it!I?d heard this place had gone to the dogs and in my experience it?s very true.

Have used them now for 4 years or so and found them very reliable. Have never felt that they have tried to work that was'nt needed and charges are reasonable. They are friendly and helpful.
