Ask for help about a soothing massage oil I approach the will and ask for some advice a que had started to gather and the girl said she would serve and be over in a moment I was left waiting while she continued to serve and kept serving people still coming in I am not saying she wasn't helpful she did point me in the direction of oils but I wasn't impressed just being left waiting will not be returning

Had an out of date 3 for 2 offer on display and didn?t honour it. Staff said that a few other people the same day had mentioned it and they didn?t do anything about it. Very poor customer service.
