“Terrible customer service. In my opinion they need training on complaint handling, dealing with genuine customer queries, and need to focus on improving customer care. This used to be such an amazing garage who would take onboard feedback and investigate genuine concerns raised by their customers. unfortunately great customer service here is seemingly a thing of the past.”
