Last week, I bought some batteries for my van off the website. I put my registration number in, but unfortunately they were still the wrong batteries. I only noticed a few days later when I came to fit them. I called the Widnes branch on Saturday and spoke to a lad. I unfortunately didn't get his name but he had a Liverpool accent.
He was really helpful and spent a long time on the phone with me trying to work out what they were. He was really patient and helpful.
He sorted out what I needed over the phone I was able to go straight there and get the correct ones.
The batteries were there when I arrived.
He was due to finish shift, so I was served by another lad with dark hair who was also helpful.
I fitted the batteries, and they were great.
Very impressed with the customer care at this shop. I hope Euro car parts appreciate the great staff they have there.

Fabulous service by Dave today, who helped me diagnose some tow bar electrics issues. The support was much appreciated and all of that resulted in just a £4.95 purchase. That means I?ll be coming back for the next product I need that Euro Car Parts supplies? thanks!

Kind of hit and miss who you get on the phone some are nice and helpful the others don't have a care in the world and just want to get you off the phone, but most of the time when I've rang up recently they've answer it then immediately hung up
