Yesterday morning my iPhone had a technical issue to which it didn?t turn it at all, when attending EE in Widnes Rachael and the rest of the team were so helpful and gave me great advice. Later on that day I went back to them to purchase a new iPhone as my old one was no good, Rachael and the team helped me set up my new phone. Everyone is so friendly an welcoming and I couldn?t recommend them enough

Took a contract out recieved faulty phone told to come on certain day went back got told replacement phone not arrived to much messing around so decided to cancel contract asked for number for customer service so i could let them know as well .as i needed to cover myself as well against any charges just in case explained it wasnt cause i didnt belive them as wanted to make sure i was covered both ends .proper stinking attitude of 2 members of staff saying well obviously u dont believe us abosolutly disgusting attitude from both of them.didnt even get offered any alternatives .if i was offered a alternative i would have stayed with ee but nope nothing .will never go back to this store again .i would state for the record its not ee themselfs in general but staff attitudes stink proper .bloke was lucky he didnt say that to me out pf the store as would have punched his head in speaking to myself like that so disgusting .pfft.would advise anyone to be carefull when going to this store
