I spilt my latte all over myself taking the lid off and not only they made me a new latte when I could have been asked to pay they were so helpful and caring thank you costa great service

Blonde haired middle aged women who just served my partner was extremely moody. Shown his QR code for a free drink and then told her what he wanted and he asked for cream and chocolate powder and she told him "next time you should tell me at the time of ordering". Very moody and awkward member of staff. Something so little that you shouldn't be getting moody over?????? It must of been a massive ask........ Never had this problem with anyone else there.........
