Understaffed, and the staff in store are too busy prioritising Just Eat & Uber Eats deliveries, that customers waiting in store are left just waiting, and when eventually served as they're forced to keepwaiting for tobacco products, are inevitably given the wrong product without a receipt to be able to change after the fact. Avoid at all costs.

A blonde cashier in late 50s with glasses should never directly work with customers. Her contempt for customer is horrendous. The self service tills never have bags and 90% of time don't work properly. This just frustrates the cashier to abuse customers

Gave up waiting at the tills after 15 minutes of being ignored by all staff as ?they were to busy to help anyone as they had online orders to pick?. What is the point of a shop on the high street when the only way that you can get served is to put an order in online?! Either employ more staff or limit the number of online orders that you accept as the staff clearly aren?t able to cope.
