Never visiting this store again, I bought a game from them a week ago for an Xbox that I recently bought and I just found out about the game pass so I thought I don?t really need to own disc games and I decided to visit the store again to trade in the game but they declined it due to a ?scratch? when I actually bought it from them a week ago and only played it once but it?s not the first time they actually done this to me so be aware that they?re happy to sell games that are ?damaged? to them and won?t take it back. #fraud.

Bought a ps5 and it was broke kept turning off by itself whilst in the middle of a game brought it back cuz of the warrenty and the staff made me wait 4 hours just to give me the same broken playstation that still doesn't work cuz they "didn't know what was wrong with it"

Sold some stuff for trade, was quoted one value and told to come back in 30 mins.Came back, waited another 20 mins and got told the original voucher total was misquoted.Lack of store communication as had to give details 3 times to 3 different people, when the final chap gave me a card to save my breath.

Don't trust CeX they have asked me to do an review on product that I purchased Six times they have declined my review because I told the truth I bought a boxset of viking two disks was miss and they blamed me for miss placing them they wouldn't admit it was their fault and blamed me I'm sat here with a boxset with two disks missing I hadn't broken Xbox from them the bloke deliberately what made me come back after the warranty run out I came in opening time and he said it was too late and this is at 15:00 the shop did not shut warranty run out the next the man knew this made me come back next day when too late the shop is full of scammers and cons and seems to have an excuse for everything you say

Like to thank the great customer service I got from the guys in the store, as I was shopping round for a x box for my son, did have a not so great experience from the manager in cash converters as I asked them and took forever to even suggested anything, anyway that besides the point you guys asked all the right questions what type of X box if it was 360 a X box one or X box series X or s I was after for my son, how much memory I was looking for also great suggestions to improve the memory aswell thought that was really great selling point definitely suggest giving this store a chance ?

Excellent service, just a note people if you can get it cheaper elsewhere just get it don't moan at the staff, prices are set by the company not the staff, they are doing a job ...always been treated with respect on my visits to the store

The most un customer friendly CEX store I have ver visited .Borderline rude , no interaction or acknowledgement upon approaching the counter . Basic human skills lacking, you have to work really hard to be this miserable . The young lady whom I'm presuming was a manager of some description needs a reset in customer interaction.
