We booked and asked what time carvery was on till, we got told the time was 7 so booked for 6pm. We arrived at 5:45, explained we had booked for 6pm so we can have the carvery, taken to a table and seated, then walked over to carvery to find out it ended at 4:45 due to no food being left. Attitude of staff wasn't the best when we asked why we weren't told this, etc. So we ended up leaving and going elsewhere.

Came for breakfast twice over December there was nice and plenty and constantly being replenished the staff work so hard and always welcoming always advisable to book before you go all in all it was worth the money would visit again.

A fantastic carvery pub. We went here for Christmas Day and the food was incredible, the staff were super friendly and it was a really nice environment and atmosphere for an enjoyable festive day.

Pretty poor experience, the service was quite bad, disappointment of service from the manager when he was serving on the bar, was too interested in looking on his phone mid service instead of communicating with us properly, he is a pleasant person however so wouldn't take anything away from that
We got multiple meals and sides all arriving one at a time with atleast 5/10 minute gaps, so one person would get a meal and finish it by the time the next one turned up
The place was clean and tidy and the food was completely fine taste wise except for a couple of inconsistencies and the obvious wait between meals

I dropped into pub with my niece, she lives in the area, and we had a really good meal. The place was really busy. The reason was obvious when the food arrived. It was delicious. Great place.

Place not full,but waited 10 min for someone to seat us.
But once seated and ordered at the bar, food speeded up service was great even to getting a taxi for us.
