I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I received when collecting a recent Click and Collect order.
While I understand that delays can happen, the real issue began when I arrived to collect the parcel. The service assistant I dealt with was abrupt and unhelpful. Rather than locating my order using my name and order number, I was asked a series of vague and frustrating questions such as, ?What have you bought??, ?What am I looking for??, ?Is it a big parcel or something little??, and ?How many items is it??. I found this surprising, as I expected the order details provided would be sufficient.
It then took three members of staff to locate the parcel, only for it to be discovered that the item was damaged. At no point was I contacted to inform me of this, which would have saved me the inconvenience of a wasted journey.
When I asked for a refund due to the item being damaged, I was met with further unhelpful and dismissive responses, including ?Is it something we?d have on our shop floor???a question I, as a customer, am clearly not in a position to answer. I was then asked, ?So what do you want to do??, and when I said I wanted a refund, it felt as though this was somehow the wrong answer.
This experience was frustrating, time-wasting, and not what I expect from a reputable retailer. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter, including the conduct of the staff involved.

I attended boots pharmacy in Widnes last week to speak to the pharmacist. The pharmacist was so helpful, knowledgeable and provided me with the medication I needed which got me on the mend in no tim! I have never used this service before but will do going forward. It beats trying to get through to the doctors.

Horrible service I had a product ordered and the package was continuously delayed and late, last time I went they told me I?ll be refunded, been waiting for almost 3 weeks

had a fabulous shopping experience today on the makeup dept.a huge thankyou to natalie.a credit to boots..extreamly polite.helpful .kind.and extreamly knowledgeable .she went above and beyond to help me.very approachable and because of how great the service was I will be a regular at this store in widnes retail park.

I went in this morning to exchange some products that were bought as a present but were unsuitable, the assistant on the till was lovely, she listened to my reasons why and did what she could to help, very helpful and friendly and I really appreciated it.
