“Last week, I bought some batteries for my van off the website. I put my registration number in, but unfortunately they were still the wrong batteries. I only noticed a few days later when I came to fit them. I called the Widnes branch on Saturday and spoke to a lad. I unfortunately didn't get his name but he had a Liverpool accent.
He was really helpful and spent a long time on the phone with me trying to work out what they were. He was really patient and helpful.
He sorted out what I needed over the phone I was able to go straight there and get the correct ones.
The batteries were there when I arrived.
He was due to finish shift, so I was served by another lad with dark hair who was also helpful.
I fitted the batteries, and they were great.
Very impressed with the customer care at this shop. I hope Euro car parts appreciate the great staff they have there.”
