Overall Asda on Widnes is good.However,the toilets are disgusting everytime I have to use them they are dirty and no toilet paper.Why do people think is is acceptable.Come on Asda treat people with respect at all times,not just in the shop.

Standard Asda superstore. Doesn't have its own cafe. Small McDonalds on site. Customer service desk waiting time is very long. Toilets are awful. Not enough staffed checkouts. The staff who are on the checkouts are all experienced and excellent, they're the best thing in the store.

Petrol station
Having a problem at a pump I tried using the HELP phone which is a complete joke, takes you through to main menu of store and tells you if you have a complaint to visit the website.....tried contacting the store on my mobile and got same menu...then spoke to a member of staff collecting trolleys who said he was the person to assist but then was a total waste of time as just shrugged his shoulders and laughed and said he didn't know...system there is a farce and is not for customers who might need assistance..

Times must be hard for Asda, as there is a hole in the car park tarmac, to stop you driving near it they have placed a trolly over it and a little hazard tape. Three toilets in store. Dirty and only two doors on the toilets.

I had a terrible experience at the Asda in Widnes. After paying at the self-checkout, a short lady with orange-tinted skin and glasses approached us with an aggressive attitude, accusing us without cause. She created a scene, making us feel humiliated as people stared, assuming we?d done something wrong. Even after we showed her our receipt, she didn?t apologize or acknowledge her mistake. This encounter felt discriminatory and was extremely uncomfortable. We won?t be returning to this store.

Never staff on tills .....its a joke shopped at asda for 25 years .....not anymore going tesco and icleand now ...this place is a mess short date or outdated food ..

Always check the dates on your items that you wish to purchase, I've purchased a few items that were passed their "Use by" dates. Stock availability isn't the best. Shop floor can be busy and noisy, sometimes messy with pallets left out.

Absolutely disgusting store, flithy, low stock, out of date foods, no staff on the tills, always self service, security guards are pathetic and accuse young girls of stealing when proven otherwise, if your Romanian, polish or any other nationality, black, Asian you can go in haress and steal and nothing happens Absolutely pathetic excuse of a store.
